Asia Arbitration Guide

The ADWA ASIA ARBITRATION GUIDE provides a concise summary of 23 countries/jurisdictions in Asia with regard to arbitration regulations. Each of the ADWA lawyers published a summary of arbitration regulations applicable in their respective countries. Dr. Respondek is the editor (and co-author) of the ASIA ARBITRATION GUIDE and coordinates each country’s submission, also in countries where ADWA is not yet represented.
